Carlos also lives in Manassas with his family. Carlos has extensive ties to the local legal community as well as the local community in general.
Carlos is a graduate of University of Virginia and the George Mason University School of Law. Carlos has represented hundreds of individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses, and he brings considerable trial and post-trial experience to your case. In addition to representing clients from the general community, Carlos is one of the few attorneys in the area who has been chosen to represent police officers by the Police Benevolent Association.
